Dedecms织梦下载远程图片和资源失败问题解决

dedecms 远程图片下载不到本地无法自动下载到本地这个问题在网上搜到很多解决办法，但一直不行，最后福州印秀摄影亲测试解决的方法是:修改C盘下的php.ini文件。

Whether to allow the treatment of URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files.
allow_url_fopen = On

Whether to allow include/require to open URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files.
allow_url_include = On

这两个都设置成On。就可以实现远程下载图片了。
